Our History
In 1921, Late Mr. Kishan Lal Jain established the first roller flour mill in India by the name of “KISHAN FLOUR MILLS” located in Meerut, UP that had a capacity of 600 MT/day. The entire equipment was imported from Henry Simon, England the man who revolutionized the milling industry by introducing roller milling plant. Henceforth, Late Mr. Kishan Lal Jain was informally known as the Flour king of India for providing flour, semolina etc. to the entire nation.
In the year 1944 Late Mr. Padam Sen Jain s/o Late Mr. Kishan Lal Jain joined Kishan Flour Mills after completing Bachelors in Science & Technology and amplified the flour mill to the next level by replacing manually controlled machinery with automatic systems thereby increasing machine efficiency by 84.5% and reducing manpower by 77%. The demand of second generation products produced by Kishan flour mill became exceptionally overwhelming after modifying the equipments.
